- Stay motivated by changing your fitness routine whenever you start to get bored. This can give you a fresh perspective on exercise and even make it fun. 

- Do you lack a significant block of time to set aside for working out? Break your workout into two sessions. You don't have to make the workout longer, just split it. 

- Always dress comfortably for your workouts. Resist any temptation to dress for looks.
